I am currently completing my Master’s in Journalism at the University of Groningen, after earning my BA in Communication and Information Studies at VU Amsterdam. For my thesis, I research how American journalists reflect on covering Trump’s 2024 campaign

— while actively seeking new opportunities and internships.

As a board member of the Dutch Association of Journalists (NVJ), I represent students and young journalists, advocating for better working conditions, press freedom, and professional development. In addition, I work as an editor at Red Pers, where I guide writers from pitch to publication.
